7. Growlers Turned Violent
Researcher Pio thinks that there is a reason why Growlers that inhabit the Windy Hill have turned aggressive. Check if she's right by killing them and collecting Corrupted Energy.

8. Talk to Pio
You have eradicated the violent Growlers and gathered the Corrupted Energy. Use the scroll of escape in your inventory to return to Researcher Pio.
9. The Third Reward
Researcher Pio has rewarded you for completing the third task. Pio still needs help, however, so talk to her again.
10. Communication Breakdown
Researcher Pio has said that spirits that inhabit the Windy Hill are becoming increasingly hard to talk to. You need to find out what has happened.

11. Talk to Pio
You have eradicated Fussy Leaf and Fussy Arbor to collect all of the embedded shards. Use the scroll of escape in your inventory to return to Researcher Pio.
12. The Fourth Reward
Researcher Pio has rewarded you for completing the fourth task. She has more quests, however, so talk to her again.

Tarti in the Town of Gludio said that you must meet certain requirements before you can complete the 2nd Liberation. Reach Lv. 76.
17. Helper's Identity
The mysterious item turned out to be an Ertheia Prophecy Machine. Talk to High Priest Raymond about it.
18. Prophesied One
