The Lord of the old Hwo. He gained the power of evil for letting Hwo become occupied by Seed of Infinity. Since he heard the prophecy about Hwo's faith after the Seed's appearance, he acquired the ability to rule Aura Bird that fly in the sky and became a Master Rider with that power.
