This Ratman Chief lives in the Evil Hunting Grounds and uses mercenary Bugbear Soldiers to plunder travelers passing through Gludio Castle. To stop the attacks, the lord of Gludio has offered a reward on his head. Despite Gludio's efforts, Sukar continues to harass wayfarers.
